ADP Announces New ADP National Franchise ReportSM, Providing Insights into Franchise Employment Trends by Industry

New Monthly Report Provides First In-Depth Look at Employment Change within Important U.S. Franchise Sector, Based on Actual Transactional Payroll Data

ROSELAND, N.J. – – ADP®, a leading global provider of human capital management solutions, today announced that it soon will provide monthly data and insights into private-sector franchise employment trends with the launch of the ADP National Franchise ReportSM on June 20.

The new ADP report will measure monthly changes in franchise employment derived from ADP’s actual transactional payroll data to help determine franchise employment trends. It will be issued each month by the ADP Research InstituteSM, a specialized group within ADP that provides insights around national, regional and franchise employment trends and workforce strategy. It will be produced in collaboration with Moody’s Analytics.

The first ADP National Franchise Report will be released on June 20, reporting May 2013 data. Subsequent reports will be released each month on Wednesdays, approximately two weeks following the release of the ADP National Employment Report and one week following the release of the ADP Regional Employment Report. This information will be accessible and available for download on www.ADPemploymentreport.com. Historical data as of April 2011 also will be available on the site beginning on June 20.
