The one-hour special recounts the 40 minutes that the tornado was on the ground, from its approach to the town through its shocking aftermath, as it leveled two schools, destroyed neighborhoods and cars, badly damaged a hospital and many more buildings, and caused an as yet uncounted number of fatalities and injuries. will also feature clips from this special as part of its comprehensive coverage of the Moore, OK tornado.
