Cargill Invites Attendees to “sip to their health” at Healthy Beverage Expo

Cargill will showcase new ideas for beverage makers looking to quench consumers’ thirst for healthier drink alternatives

MINNEAPOLIS – – Americans are looking to “sip to their health” with great tasting functional beverages. A recent Mintel study indicates that sales of functional beverages have grown as much as 267 percent since 2004, and forecasts the category will grow 19 percent through 2014. Visitors at Cargill’s booth #925 during this year’s Healthy Beverage Expo will have the opportunity to sample prototypes and finished products made with ingredients to help support joint health, provide balanced energy, and promote general wellness. The Healthy Beverage Expo takes place June 7-9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
