Time Warner Increases Cash Dividend by 10 Percent
July 27, 2006, Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved management’s recommendation to increase the company’s regular quarterly cash dividend by 10 percent, from $0.05 per share to $0.055 per share on its Common Stock. The increased quarterly dividend will be payable in cash on September 15, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2006.
