Parsons Joint Venture Wins USACE Middle East Contract For A-E Services

PASADENA, CA – Parsons, as the managing partner in a joint venture (JV), was awarded a contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District, for general architecture-engineering construction phase support services throughout the Transatlantic Division Middle East District area of responsibility (AOR). This single-award, indefinite delivery contract has a duration of 5 years (1 base year plus four 1-year options).

The JV will provide local national, third-country national, and/or U.S. citizen subject matter experts to perform on-site construction phase support services for projects throughout the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) AOR. The CENTCOM AOR encompasses the Middle East and the Arabian Gulf states as well as portions of Southwest and Central Asia and Africa. Parsons’ role includes construction management, quality assurance, office engineering, scheduling, data management, project engineering, and related on-site construction phase support services.
