Mobistar brings old subscriptions into line with the “Animals” tariff conditions

The “Animals” subscriptions have been adopted by hundreds of thousands of users since they were launched by Mobistar in April 2012. But, naturally, Mobistar is not forgetting clients who still use an older subscription. To ensure that these loyal clients also benefit from the most competitive tariffs, Mobistar has decided to withdraw around forty old tariff plans and migrate the clients concerned to a new and more economical “Animal” tariff plan. All clients concerned will be personally alerted. The ending of these old tariff plans will in all cases benefit the clients, as it will also benefit Mobistar at the levels of both IT costs and training of sales and customer service staff.

With the desire to treat existing clients in the same way as new clients, Mobistar has also decided to align the conditions of the old My10, My15, My25 and My45 subscriptions with the corresponding “Animals” subscriptions. This means increases in the minutes, texts and data volume included. Once again, all clients concerned have been personally alerted.

Mobistar’s aim is to make sure that no client finds themselves in a less advantageous situation as a result of these changes. If, despite everything, any clients think that their new tariff does not suit their needs, they are invited to contact Mobistar. They can then benefit from the “Personal Check Up” service. Mobistar launched this free service in November 2012 to ensure that all their clients benefit from the tariff plan that best suits their profile.
