Epsilon’s revenue reflected in the Ad Age Agency Report is based on Ad Age’s estimate of pro forma revenue, including revenue of Hyper Marketing (acquired in November 2012) and Aspen Marketing Services (acquired in May 2011), and may not be consistent with Epsilon’s actual reported revenue.
