“When I had my spa, I would send my clients a hard-copy newsletter every month containing lots of interesting articles and pieces of beauty information, and they absolutely loved it,” she says. ”And of course, providing that information made it so much easier when it came to making them an offer.”

New articles are being added to the Beauty Bank every month, and Susan even takes requests for articles on subjects suggested by her Beauty Bank subscribers.
