10 year old Alamo author prodigy, publishes first book and offers FREE Kindle version

April 22, 2013, Alamo, CA. It was in first grade that Curtis Robert learned to read, and believe or not, he wasn’t too excited about it! It wasn’t until 3rd. grade that Curtis’ friend shared with him the magical Harry Potter series ….and then he read one after another. That was when he first started to write…and write…and write. His teacher would say he is really into his work; and he didn’t stop!

The summer before entering 4th. grade, Curtis wrote his first book, “The Scaly Mystery”, which is a story about his family’s beloved Lizzy –the lizard who ran away. The book was sold throughout the neighborhood to many friends and fans and received great reviews.

Building on the success his first book Curtis has just released a second book, ”A Furry Mystery. The Story of the Disappearing Ferret” which is now available on Amazon both in Kindle and hard copy formats.
“The Furry Mystery” is a beautifully illustrated book that tells the story of young Ragnor Hort who finds himself alone when a hurricane destroys the village of Chatham. Surviving on his own for years, Ragnor discovers someone else lives in Chatham – a cute ferret named Jordalast. The two become friends and spend all of their time together. Everything seems to be going well, until…Cunillski, The Fiercest Ferret Hunter comes to town to hunt ferrets, including Jordalast!
Will Cunillski succeed in kidnaping and killing Jordalast? Or will Ragnor find a way to rescue his new friend? The answer is inside this story of adventure, bravery and friendship.
Currently in 4th. grade and happily typing away, Curtis is working on more books, some to come out later this year.

A Furry Mystery, will be available for FREE in the Kindle version this weekend, April 26 and 27th. The Amazon link is
