Phil Baily to Open Rare Library Wines
Phil Baily, owner/winemaker at Temecula’s Baily Winery, will pour past vintages to a small group of guests from Brewen’s Empire Trolley. A maximum of 12 people will join Phil for this very exclusive occasion.
Temecula, CA - April 18, 2013
Brewen’s Empire Trolley is offering a rare opportunity for a select few to meet with Phil Baily and taste previous vintages no longer available to the general public. Baily celebrated the 25th anniversary of Baily Vineyards & Winery last year, making them one of Temecula’s oldest wineries.
Phil crafts his wines with only grapes grown on his estate and specializes in Bordeaux varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and others and also produces a Meritage blend. A maximum of 12 guests will travel by trolley to Phil’s winemaking facilty for a tasting of select library wines. Following that, the trolley will take the group to Carol’s restaurant at the Baily tasting facility for lunch and a tasting of the current Baily wine releases.
Space is strictly limited to 12 guests and tickets are $119 per person. For tickets and more information call (951) 235-2938 or visit http://bit.ly/XTsCgq
