Having completing a six-month pilot to secure the partnership, Auto Windscreens will now handle a substantial number of vehicle glass repairs for Broker Direct, which operates 650 broking firms and trades in personal and commercial lines products.
Ann Tomlinson, Operations Director at Broker Direct, said: “Historically, we have had a strong relationship with Auto Windscreens and feel now is the right time to re-establish our partnership with them. They have shown us that they can deliver a highly efficient glazing solution across a number of our products at a competitive cost.”
A dedicated number has now been established for Broker Direct customers and the agency also has access to Auto Windscreens’ unique online broker portal, which provides an innovative means to quickly and easily process and track claim referrals.
