Chicago, IL – April 6, 2013 Strength and Conditioning company Twice The Speed LLC released its new Amazon Kindle Book “How To Dunk: 7 Ways To Increase Your Vertical Jump”

When Jack Cascio started out his vertical jump quest, he was your average 5’10 with white boy hops.  He had a measly 25-26 inch vertical jump.

He bought different vertical jump programs, all of which failed him, so he decided to do it the old fashioned way.

Jack researched and read as much on the science of the body and started to train himself to see how high he could possibly jump.

After 14 months Jack went from his 25-26 inch vert to an astounding 44 inch vertical jump, a gain of 18 -19 inches, where he was featured on ESPN and on sites all across the world.

Topics Covered in This Book:

Preface: So What Makes Someone Jump Higher

Chapter 1: What Exercises Should Your Vertical Jump Workout Consist of?

Chapter 2: What’s the Science Behind These 7 Exercises?

Chapter 3: 7 Day Vertical Jump Blueprint

Chapter 4: Bonus Exercises - How Should I Warm Up to Maximize My Vertical Jump

Absolutely Free Workouts

Jack has also included two absolutely free workouts in this book
