Deloitte acquires Vivens

Deloitte and IT services provider Vivens have reached an agreement on the acquisition of Vivens. Vivens is a specialised technology service provider specialized in Salesforce.com, Microsoft SharePoint and .Net, with a leading position in the Enterprise Applications market in both the Netherlands and Belgium. The acquisition is expected to be concluded on April 2nd 2013.

With this acquisition Deloitte will welcome around fifty professionals. “We offer Vivens staff access to a large international network of colleagues and clients, as well as more personal growth and development opportunities,” according to Van Vliet.
