Leading Interior Design and Model Merchandising Firm, Lita Dirks & Co, Selected as a Finalist for 3 SAM Awards

Lita Dirks & Co, an award-winning interior design and new home model merchandising firm has been notified that they are a finalist in three different design categories in this year’s SAM Award program.  The SAM Awards will be presented by the New Jersey Builders Association’s Sales & Marketing Council in conjunction with the Atlantic Builders Convention this coming April at the Tropicana Casino Resort in Atlantic City. 

Fresh off three Gold Awards at the 50+ Awards program at this past January’s International Builders Show in Las Vegas, Lita Dirks & Co. hopes to earn another three top design awards in New Jersey.  The categories in which the company has been announced as a finalist include:

- Best Sales Office over 800 square feet - Summit Place for Mark Built Homes in Summit, NJ

- Best Interior Merchandising for a Public Space - Summit Place for Mark Built Homes in Summit, NJ

- Best Interior Merchandising for an Attached Community Over $350,000 - Coventry Park for Lennar Homes in Morris Plains, NJ
