Johns Creek, Georgia - March 1, 2013 - Green Energy Development, Inc. (“GED”), a global renewable energy development and deployment company with sustainable energy projects in solar, biomass/waste-to-energy, and wind technologies announced today that it has entered into a Co-Development Agreement with Enfinity America Corporation, a leading solar energy company active in the financing, development and deployment of commercial, municipal, educational and utility-scale solar facilities in Georgia.

GED and Enfinity, both Georgia-based corporations, believe that this relationship will allow for the development of commercial solar facilities in their home state.  The two companies are currently developing several commercial solar projects in Georgia and expect to develop several other projects in the state next year; in addition, to others across the southeast.

David Ames, GED’s CEO stated, “We are excited about our new relationship with Enfinity and look forward to the development of solar projects here in Georgia as well as other areas in the southeast.”  Mr. Ames continued, “Enfinity brings a vast amount of solar experience and financing experience to this relationship, which will solidify GED’s ability to deploy solar in the southeast"

Rafael Dobrzynski, Enfinity’s CEO noted, “We have been looking to develop relationships for the development and deployment of solar facilities in what is clearly a ripe area of North America for solar energy.  Our relationship with GED will allow us to develop quality solar projects that will become a beacon for the solar industry in Georgia and across the southeast.”
