Transparensee Systems’ CEO Steve Lavine to speak at Real Estate Connect Conference; Announces Hosted BestMatch™ Real Estate Search Solution
Transparenesee Systems’ CEO Steve Lavine will be a speaking at Inman News’ Real Estate Connect conference, which be held at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco on July 26-28th. His presentation on managing search will be part of a series of special in-depth “ConnectTECH” sessions that will focus on critical areas of real estate software development.
Transparensee will also be announcing a special hosted solution that will enable small to mid-sized real estate sites to take advantage of Transparensee’s unique and powerful "BestMatch™ search technology. It is designed to be more affordable and require less hardware and development resources than the enterprise installation solution currently available for the larger sites.
“Until now, we’ve focused on the larger real estate sites and MLS technology vendors with an extremely customized integration program,” says Lavine. “But we’ve found there are many smaller sites that have a need for our technology but cannot invest the necessary resources"
"In response to those needs, we’ve developed an ASP model that makes our solution viable for sites with a smaller number of listings, with pricing based on the number of properties. In addition, we’re able to leverage the experience in working with our larger clients to streamline the integration process and provide a library of resources for easier front-end integration as well.
According to the National Association of Realtors, 77% of all consumers begin their real estate searches online. And as the marketing costs associated with bringing consumers to real estate sites increases, it becomes even more important that the consumer finds the property they’re looking for once they’re on the site.
Transparensee’s BestMatch™ search technology works by allowing users to search for properties quickly and easily without having to enter complex queries and refine their search over and over again. Visitors simply enter the criteria for their idea home, using an unlimited number of attributes, and Transparensee’s technology quickly and automatically finds the best matches in the listings database. Results are ordered by how closely they match ALL of the homebuyers’ preferences and “sliders” let the user change the importance of any features to quickly see the new best matches.
“While our technology clearly provides a more user-friendly online experience,” says Bruce Colwin, Transparensee Systems’ VP of Business Development, “the overwhelming value for our clients is that as search results improve, so do sales results.”
