NAB Crystal Radio Award Finalists Announced

Washington, D.C. -- The National Association of Broadcasters announced the 50 finalists for the 26th Annual Crystal Radio Awards. Since 1987, the NAB Crystal Radio Awards have recognized radio stations for their outstanding year-round commitment to community service. Winners will be announced and the finalists will be honored at the NAB Radio Luncheon. The Luncheon, sponsored by ASCAP, will be held Tuesday, April 9 during the 2013 NAB Show in Las Vegas.

Crystal Radio Award finalists were chosen by a panel of judges representing broadcasting, community service organizations and public relations firms. Finalists will be honored and winners announced at the Radio Luncheon, where entertainer, musician, author and broadcast personality John Tesh will present a keynote address and personal money-management expert and popular national radio personality Dave Ramsey will be inducted into the NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
