Relational Websites and Content Curation with xsMobi

xsMobi is a website builder that automatically generates mobile and responsive websites without requiring the publisher to have any familiarity with web design or coding. Website publishers can even use xsMobi on the go (“build websites for mobiles – on your mobile”).

Now xsMobi is launching a new feature that makes it even more versatile: pages can be organized into groups, which can even contain pages from different sites. Thus content curators can use xsMobi to build larger websites by culling web pages devoted to a specific subject while individual websites covering sub-topics remain manageable. Moreover, an unlimited number of publishers can contribute to such relational websites and any of these authors can create a homepage to put their own spin on the topic explored through the relational website.

All these pages can be seamlessly grouped by ANY of those authors to form an extensive curated site with useful information. And any of the contributors can make their individual homepage a homepage of the shared relational website.”

This new feature can be presented in appealing formats implementing responsive web design, i.e. websites that display perfectly on all Internet devices) because xsMobi has adopted the ZURB/Foundation framework, billed as “the most advanced responsive front-end framework in the world”. In particular, a special “off-canvas” format has been adopted so mobile devices v can accommodate page groups that display as full-screen panels on desktops.

With its abilities to display content in the most advanced formats and to curate content from multiple publishers within a single website, xsMobi addresses the two main challenges of today’s Internet.
