The All-New Mazda6’s silky new style is part of the “KODO – Soul of Motion” design philosophy, and with a wide front grille and low, streamlined roofline, the illusion of motion is impressive. The Mazda6 will be launched in two different grades, the sporty Saloon and the professional Tourer, and with a range of different colours, and head-turning looks, it’s difficult to imagine anyone that the Mazda6 could fail to charm.

Behind the finely-moulded steering wheel, the all-new Mazda6 has a business-like sophistication. Ergonomically arranged seating allows plenty of room for all passengers, and driver convenience is optimised by a Multi Commander, from which you can operate your navigation system, alter the cruise control, read the details of your trip on a backlit computer, and listen to texts and emails. With so much fresh technology at your fingertips you could have hours of fun in the new Mazda6 without even turning on the engine.

Both Saloon and Tourer can be fitted with a 2.0-litre direct injection petrol engine, available with 145PS or 165PS power output, or a 2.2-litre diesel engine, with 150PS or 175PS power output. With either engine the new Mazda6 can blast to 60mph in just 10.5 seconds. SKYACTIV technology bolsters the engines further by implementing an i-ELOOP system, which transforms kinetic energy into electricity to lower CO2 emissions right down to 108g/km, an achievement that was recognised in the new Mazda6’s award of a What Car? Car of the Year 2013 trophy. SKYACTIV also reduces the amount of fuel that the Mazda6 wastes, leading to a combined fuel efficiency of 67.3 MPG.
