Rodney joined Sams & Associates in 2012. Rodney gained his construction experience and customer relations skills while managing employees for Meads Hardware & Dwinell Construction. During this time he prepared field estimates, did bid processing, supervised subcontractors all while purchasing materials and overseeing bond management. Prior to Meads Hardware & Dwinell Construction Rodney was the Senior Service Operator for Halliburton Energy.
In 2007 he became an independent adjuster traveling far and wide for hurricane, hail, wind, fire, liability, commercial and flood claims.
