“There are many times you that you to find your local plumber when you could be out and about, but not have access to the internet or a traditional directory service. 118 trades has now launched a new find and seek service, which will be rolled out to all the trade classifications if this service is in demand, which I am sure it will be. You simply text the word PLUMBER to 80010 and our system will track your mobile phone signal to within 200 metres of where you are standing. Once our system has tracked and located your post code, it will compare it to our website of local plumbers, all of which have met with our required standards in terms of vetting. The system will then text you their contact details to your mobile. The cost of the service is 45 pence per text message and is now rolled out across the whole of the UK”
