SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – 18 July 2006 – A media event hosted by Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT) chairman and chief executive officer Ed Zander is scheduled to be webcast on Monday, 24 July, 2006 and will begin at 6:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. The live audio broadcast and replays will be available on the Motorola Media Center.

Presentations to financial analysts by Motorola executives are scheduled to be webcast over the Internet on Tuesday, 25 July, 2006.
