AES International has named Mark Harrison and Simon Lester as the winners of its Rewarding Excellence scheme for Q4, 2012. The scheme aims to reward those individuals within the organisation who go beyond the standard and champion positive change within the financial services profession.

The awards, now in their sixth term, are part of the commitment to continued professional excellence that has seen AES International awarded the coveted Champion status by Investors in People, and shortlisted for both the ‘Best Network’ and ‘Best Recruitment and Development’ awards at the Money Marketing Awards 2013.

Mark’s drive to export UK best practice to Spain has resulted in a keen focus on client needs, offering transparent, professional, trustworthy advice.

Working as part of the Head Office Accounts team, Simon Lester has been instrumental in implementing much of the training and competency within the organisation over Q4. As business turnover peaked towards the end of 2012, Simon demonstrated a committed and dedicated attitude, working tirelessly to ensure that timeframes for adviser remuneration were met before Christmas. His approach has typified the service levels AES International provide for all financial advisers.
