Free Marketing Webinar Alert: PlaceWise Media’s CEO Mort Aaronson to Present, “Bridging the Gap between Out-of-Home and Digital Advertising”

WEBWIRE

DENVER, Jan. 22, 2013 – The chairman and CEO of PlaceWise Media, Mort Aaronson, is conducting a free webinar this Thursday, Jan. 24 at 3 p.m. EST titled, “Bridging the Gap between Out-of-Home and Digital Advertising.” This free event is hosted by POPAI, the international trade association for the marketing at retail industry. Based on his more than 30 years of marketing experience, Aaronson believes the next battleground for ad relevancy will be fought between two tactics that are traditionally seen as separate media buys: out-of-home (OOH) and digital, and he predicts the outcome will be a draw.

According to Aaronson, OOH and digital will become indistinguishable as location technology delivers on the promise of hyper-targeted and hyper-relevant advertising. During this one-hour webinar, Aaronson will explore the technologies that are serving as the catalyst for bridging OOH and digital media, the changing functions of traditional OOH and its inevitable evolution, and how location technology is paramount in ad placement.

Attendees will learn:

  1. How to make retail advertising relevant, targeted and measurable.
  2. Why location technology is a game-changer for advertisers.
  3. How the media buying game will evolve once the traditional silos of OOH and digital are removed.
