HBA Metro Chapter Flagship Event: Communicating for Change

FAIRFIELD, NJ — January  14, 2013 — Change is the biggest constant in today’s business world. “Communicating for Change” helps those in leadership positions understand their influential role during a change effort. Managers need to communicate appropriately, using proven techniques, in order to facilitate change in a successful and supportive manner. It takes leadership-wide collaboration and participation to manage during these transitional times and to minimize stress throughout the organization. With the use of case studies, Dr. Beth Cohn of Change Architects will share simple yet powerful ways for leaders at all levels to move change forward through effective communication.
