In this major risk reduction program for clients, TestAmerica has invested to combine the industry’s only fully networked single Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with a state-of-the-art end user data interface, ‘TotalAccess’, remote Project Management access for nationwide support and a completely redundant systems infrastructure for power and operational disruptions. Collectively, these actions materially reduce the risk for clients and safeguard against potential disruption of service during emergencies.
