The new development will enable Bowker MINI to exhibit up to eight vehicles, instead of the current three. The new facilities, however, are about much more than simply increasing the space available. The extension has also been constructed with the aim of providing a level of customer care unmatched in the region.

A dedicated Service Reception and large, well-appointed café will give customers a pleasant environment in which to spend time whilst waiting for short-term procedures, e.g. MOT tests.

The contemporary corporate design of the new extension gives it a pronounced air of modernity, which is emphasised further by the array of state-of-the-art technology available. Customers will be able to use iPads and a specialised MINI Hub, enabling them to build their desired MINI from scratch.

The MINI marque’s resurgence under BMW has gathered pace in recent years, with the addition of the Countryman, Roadster and Coupé models broadening its iconic appeal. Confidence in the success of future models is demonstrated by the new extension boasting space for eight cars, when the current lineup has six different MINI variants – indicating that the assortment of vehicles may expand.

The enlargement of the dealership will also create jobs, as Bowker is looking to recruit three new staff.
