Brock Students’ Association implements SmartPhone Application Technology Powered by CGA Ontario and CampusCurrent.

Toronto, ON (December 3, 2012) – Students from the Brock Business Students’ Association (BSA) can now download a unique and innovative mobile application. The app offers students instant access to campus information from their smart phones.

The free mobile application provides Brock business students at BSA with access to information about campus events, academic dates, phone directories and campus news on their Android, Apple and BlackBerry devices.

“This Mobile Application is a very effective way to get all the information out to all our students,” said Marcela Cuenca, President, Goodman Business Students’ Association at Brock University. “Our students are able to access this application to get updated on events, promotions and deadlines right at the tip of their fingers. We are thankful to the CGA for providing us with such an effective way of communication between Goodman student clubs and our students.”

The BSA Mobile App is the result of the strategic sponsorship and alliance with the Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA Ontario) and the CampusCurrent Mobile Platform. Similar mobile applications have also been created for additional Canadian business and commerce schools.

“This mobile app is a great tool for BSA students and we’re excited to help get it into their hands,” said James King, vice-president, business development, CGA Ontario. “Whether at home studying or heading out the door to class, students are now connected with the information and resources they need to succeed.”
