Award winning residential design firm, Godden | Sudik Architects, tallied four coveted architectural design awards at this year’s MAME Award Gala held recently at the Seawell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. 

MAME stands for Marketing and Merchandising Excellence, and the awards show is the premiere event hosted by the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver to honor those who have set the standard of excellence in the Denver area homebuilding industry over the course of the previous year. 

Impartial, out-of-state judges review entries in a variety of marketing, advertising, building and architectural design categories and score each according to pre-determined guidelines.  Results are tabulated professionally and the winners in each category are revealed during the awards show.
 
Godden | Sudik Architects won MAME Awards in the following categories:

  • Best Architectural Design Custom Home 4,001 Sq. Ft. - 5,500 Sq. Ft. for the “Houndstooth” Residence
  • Best Architectural Design Detached $450,001 - $500,000 for the “Cedar Ridge” at Beacon Point
  • Best Architectural Design Attached Home $400,001 - $500,000 for the “Albero” at Verona
  • Attached Home of the Year for the “Albero” at Verona
