Ryerson Commerce Society Implements SmartPhone Application Technology Powered by CGA Ontario and CampusCurrent.

Toronto, ON (November 26, 2012) - Ryerson Commerce Society (RCS) now offers studetnts a unique and innovative mobile application that allows them to instantly access campus information from their smart phones.

The RCS mobile application, free to Ryerson commerce students, provides access to information about campus events, academic dates, campus phone directory and campus news on their Android, Apple and BlackBerry devices.

“The Ryerson Commerce Society is thrilled about the release of our mobile app this year because of the accessibility that it provides to our students,” said Andrea Bartlett, Vice President, Administration & Operations at Ryerson Commerce Society. “Our Commerce Society offers a variety of opportunities and services to our full-time undergraduate students and this app will help us reach an even larger audience.”

The Mobile Application, which is also available to a number of other post-secondary schools across Canada, is a result of the strategic sponsorship and alliance with the Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA Ontario) and the CampusCurrent Mobile Platform.
