Rik Pennington wedding photographer is booking destination weddings for 2013 in Europe and worldwide

London – Following a busy year of wedding photography all over the UK and Europe, Rik Pennington is now looking to book more destination weddings in Europe and further afield. Bookings for 2013 are well under way and he hopes to add quality bookings from around the world.
 
2012 saw Rik Pennington shoot destination weddings in France, Finland and New Zealand. Travelling to places such as the Dordogne, Helsinki and Auckland to photograph weddings is something that Rik finds an exhilarating experience. “Arriving in a foreign country is exciting in itself, but going there as a photographer, it just doesn’t get much better. You see everything for the first time with fresh eyes and it’s a real privilege to have such an amazing opportunity to photograph in great locations”.

More and more people are getting married abroad and looking for unique locations. Once the venue is found, the photographer is often the next booking that’s made. When couples look for wedding photographers the most important consideration is their style. Other factors, such what is included in the overall package, are important, but ultimately it’s the photographs that will remain after the wedding. For this reason couples are looking for photographers who may not be local or even live in the country of the wedding, but deliver the style of photography that they want.
 
For destination weddings, Rik charges the same fee as UK weddings and asks that travel, subsistence and accommodation is paid for.
