The Phoenix entry into the CRN 2012 awards has been shortlisted in the Channel Service Provider category! See who they are up against here.

We’ve been working with Phoenix since 2010 to deliver engineering services, including field support, logistics and solutions implementation.

As a key partner, we work closely with Phoenix to ensure we have the same goals. Our aim is to deliver an inspiring customer experience – we do this by continuously improving quality and service delivery and monitoring customer feedback. Phoenix is subject to the same commitments. Monitoring and improving the customer experience, enabled though CSAT scoring, is crucial to the relationship.

Effective partnerships are a core element of our business, and our 2015 Vision. Through close collaboration with our partners we are able to harness their skills and capabilities and seamlessly integrate them with ours – allowing each party to focus on what it does best.
