Colleen M Bratley Creates Love Sprinkled Fun in New Christmas Book ’Fawn Finds Christmas’

Author Colleen Bratley, remembering nursery rhymes from her childhood, admired their fun way of telling a story while still teaching a moral to live by.  

Creating her first children’s Christmas book, Colleen wanted to blend imagination, rhymes, and the true meaning of Christmas into a fun and memorable story.  Her artistic use of Fawn the snow fairy searching for an answer to why the snowflakes dance with the colors of Christmas set the stage.

In Fawn’s quest for answers to this delightful scene, she turns to her friends.  Each friend responds by bringing symbols of Christmas and words of wisdom.  How they tell what each symbol means not only explains why the snowflakes dance but also what Christmas really means. 

Christmas will become much more than just Santa and gifts to the children reading this story.  Each year when they see the Christmas tree and other symbols, they will remember Fawn, her friends and what Christmas really means.

“Fawn Finds Christmas” is destined to become a Christmas classic and story of tradition for many families. 
This is Colleen Bratley’s fourth children’s book, with two more currently in process.  She lives in Forest City, NC  with her family, friends, and lots of animals.
