[NASDAQ:MCHP], a leading provider of microcontroller, analog and Flash-IP solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, PALTEK will include Microchip’s broad range of product lines as part of its portfolio of solution offerings and promote Microchip solutions across the company’s areas of expertise, namely telecommunication, industrial, office automation, consumer, and automotive.
