Laura Cali Increases West Coast TPA Support


(Springfield, MA) - MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division is pleased to announce that Laura Cali has been named relationship manager with the division’s growing third-party administrator (TPA) relationship management team.

Based in Santa Clara, Calif., Ms. Cali is focused on assisting advisors in the Western region with plan reviews, investment change processing, product and service education and other valuable support for TPA-serviced plans on MassMutual’s platform. Prior to joining MassMutual on October 16, Ms. Cali served nearly 12 years in retirement plan sales with AG Edwards and Sons, Inc., and most recently served as relationship manager with Morgan Stanley. Ms. Cali holds a BA from San Jose State University, FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, and CA Life and Health Insurance License and reports to Craig Haase, assistant vice president of sales and client management with MassMutual Retirement Services.
