Springfield, VA – On the 14th of November 2012 at the Waterford at Springfield, the Global Business Network Association (GBNA) will be hosting its fourth annual GBNA Small Business Forum. The focus of the GBNA Forums is helping small and medium size businesses to devise better business strategies for sustained growth and development.

The day-long event will take participants through  the digital, financial, and legislative aspects of their business that are required for their venture to grow. The Forum consists of two different ‘tracks’ suited for businesses from startups to established businesses. Emerging business owners will take the ‘Basic Track’ and learn how to gain access to capital, how to effectively use social media as a marketing tool, and how to gain the appropriate business certifications. Current small business owners looking to transition into the medium-size marketplace will be able to take part in the ‘Advanced Track’, which will discuss the same concepts in greater detail. They will also be offered guidance on the best way to take advantage of existing business opportunities. This event will feature sessions from experts such as Melvin Gravely II, founder of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Thinking, who will be the speaker for the Forum’s Opening Session.

Detailed information regarding the event – including the complete schedule of events – can be found on the website http://gbnaevents.com/small-business-forum. The Forum promises to be a great learning experience for entrepreneurs who wish to take their business to the next level, and aims to be a platform where business-owners can discuss problems and gain valuable advice from other participants.

The Global Business Network Association is an association of companies that seek to enhance their strategic business positions through collective information sharing. The aim of the association is to increase business opportunities within the commercial and government marketplace, as well as to help others access these opportunities and get ahead of the competition. This will be their fourth consecutive year hosting the Small Business Forum.
