USFS Announces The Addition Of Non-Performing Bank Notes To Its Note Buying Business

U.S. Funding Solutions, Inc. has added the brokering of bank non-performing notes to its core owner financed note business to serve this rapidly growing niche. These non-performing notes and non–performing note pools are nationwide and cover the gamut of property types. Among the property types these bank notes are secured by are single-family residences, condos, multi-family units, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, mobile home parks, self-storage and healthcare facilities.
