Teligent receives additional orders in Asia
2006-07-10, Today Teligent announces additional orders from leading service providers in Asia, of approximately SEK 10 million. Recently made installations and service launches have yielded upgrades and further deployments for Teligent in the Asia-Pacific region.

Teligent’s deliveries are based on the patented telecom platform, Teligent P90/E, which separates network signalling, service execution and presentation to end-users. It conforms to the 3GPP IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS), and is adapted for use in a wide variety of networks, from traditional fixed and mobile networks to the emerging market of VoIP based next generation networks. The Teligent P90/E is used in various configurations by a large number of leading carriers in the international telecommunications market, including BT, Cingular, SingTel, SMART, Telefónica, Telekom Malaysia, TeliaSonera, Verizon and Vodafone.
