Diana Ratliff, owner of Columbia MO web design firm Your Friend on the Web, was recently named to the Advisory Board of the Mid-Missouri Better Business Bureau. Ratliff is one of 19 Central Missouri business owners serving in this capacity. As such, she will assist with Mid-MO BBB events, promote BBB membership and work with fellow Board members to improve the services of the BBB in Mid-Missouri.
“I appreciate the honor and privilege of being named to this position,” said Ratliff, “and feel that the work of the Better Business Bureau, in promoting an ethical business environment, is more vital than ever. Today, when starting a business is as easy as launching a website, BBB recognition as a credible, honest member of the marketplace immediately adds to any company’s value. Reassuring prospective customers that they’re working with an honest firm is of enormous benefit to both the business and the consumer.”
Diana Ratliff began her website design and SEO business in Columbia, MO in 2008, after nearly 10 years of experience with her own websites. Her weekly “Web Wise” column ran in the Columbia Daily Tribune newspaper for 2 years. She has helped the owners of nearly 100 small and medium-sized businesses to ensure that their websites “work as hard as they do.” Learn more at DianaRatliff.com.
