Komatsu to Acquire Manufacturer of Forest Machine Attachments
Komatsu Ltd. (President and CEO: Kunio Noji) (hereinafter ďKomatsuĒ) has recently decided that Komatsu Forest AB (President: Toshio Miyake) (hereinafter ďKFABĒ), Komatsuís wholly owned subsidiary, is going to acquire Log Max AB and Log Max, Inc., Log Max ABĀfs US sales company from Log Max International Holding AB (Chairman: Mr. Stig Linderholm). On a premise of approval by the concerned authority, Komatsu is working to complete the acquisition by the end of November 2012.
Log Max AB, a Sweden-based manufacturer of forest machine attachments, offers an extensive range of simple structured, high-reliability harvester heads in small to large sizes, while globalizing its operation and enjoying customersĀf solid trust.
