Correction to earlier - released date for Press Conference
Boulder, CO, October 15, 2012, for immediate release: Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik, LLP, the well-known and nationally respected law firm that recently settled the claims of more than 10,000 first responders made ill by toxic exposures at the site of the World Trade Center following the 9/11 attacks, along with the Boulder Colorado law firm, Frascona, Joiner, Goodman & Greenstein, P.C. will file a complaint on behalf of numerous families of victims of the tragic movie theatre massacre in Aurora, Colorado on July 20, 2012.
The advocates intend to file their complaint on October 16, 2012 in the District Court of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
Marc Jay Bern, a Senior Partner of the Napoli, Bern firm and lead counsel in the Aurora case, will hold a press conference with victims in attendance on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. on the public sidewalk in front of the Cinemark Theater, 14300 East Alameda Avenue, Aurora, CO. This is a correction to a prior release that incorrectly listed the date of the press conference.
