China Airlines Officially Joins Skyteam Cargo

Adding tenth member to the alliance expands global reach for customers

Atlanta - China Airlines, member of SkyTeam, today became a member of the SkyTeam Cargo Alliance at the International Air Cargo Forum and Exposition in Atlanta.

Mr. James Yu, Senior Vice President of China Airlines and Mr. Tony Charaf, Senior Vice President and Chief Cargo Officer of Delta Air Lines, representing the SkyTeam Cargo Executive Board, signed the agreement, officially welcoming China Airlines Cargo as the tenth member of SkyTeam Cargo.

China Airlines will launch the SkyTeam Cargo common product line, including Equation, Cohesion, Variation and Dimension on its international routes to meet diversified customer needs and increase customer satisfaction. In addition, China Airlines will adopt SkyTeam Cargo unified service standards, simplify handling procedures, and bring more benefits to customers via close cooperation with each of the SkyTeam Cargo member carriers.
