AT&T Heats Up its Summer Offer with Red-Hot Razr Phone Giveaway; Bundle Discounts

San Antonio, Texas, July 5, 2006, AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) today announced a sizzling, multi-perk new summer bundle offer featuring Cingular Wireless, unlimited local and domestic long distance calling, super-fast broadband Internet access, one of the hottest cell phones on the market, and a cool $120 Visa® gift card for qualified customers.

Through August 31 new AT&T customers with qualifying AT&T services, or existing customers who upgrade to qualifying AT&T services, can order a Motorola RAZR wireless phone for only $99.99 before a $100 mail-in rebate when ordering a new Cingular Nation plan. AT&T customers also realize significant monthly savings when they bundle select Cingular Wireless, AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet, and AT&T All Distance — for a combined total starting at only $95 per month. After the first six months, the monthly price increases to $100 each month.
