DMEC Announces 2012 Partnership Award Winners

The Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) presented its annual Partnership Awards at its 17th Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado. DMEC recognized two long-time members who have shown exemplary support and dedication to the organization. The award winners are:

Since 2000, DMEC has awarded this honor to only 55 individuals, representing both the employer and supplier constituency. Criteria for the award include: long standing membership; participation in chapter and national committees; personal commitment of volunteer hours; passion for the advancement of absence and disability management; and willingness to promote the programs of DMEC to other professionals.

2012 marks the 20th anniversary of the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), a non-profit organization that advances strategies and resources to improve workforce productivity. The association was established in San Diego, California in 1992 and has expanded to include chapters across the country, as well as an annual international conference.
