Paxia Authentic Mexican Cuisine has reached an imporant milestone and we want you to help us celebrate! We will be offering 50 percent off all food and drinks all day, Saturday September 15th from 11am to midnight.
DENVER, CO – Paxia Authentic Mexican Cuisine is marking its first anniversary September 15th with a special offer for diners: Half off all food and drinks all day.
“This is our way of thanking everyone who supported us during our first year. Our food is a departure from typical Tex-Mex offerings, but the community has really embraced our concept,” said Paxia Co-Owner and Executive Chef Ignacio Leon.
Paxia (pronounced Pá-she-á) is the word for peace in Nahuatl, an ancient language from the Aztec empire. The restaurant’s gourmet dishes, rooted in family recipes and inspired by Mexico’s culinary traditions, have earned positive reviews from The Denver Post, 303 Magazine, Indulge in Denver and OutFront Colorado. Owners and chefs Ignacio, Cesar and Roberto Leon have created a menu that offers diners a fresh take on classic favorites while also showcasing some of Mexico’s more exotic specialties.
Paxia plans to add a lunch special soon and will expand its menu later this year to
greater reflect the depth of the Leon Brothers’ culinary expertise. To expose diners to a wider array of cuisine, the trio has held a number of special tastings, including prix-fixe dinners hosted by the Gabby Gourmet and Republic Tequila.
Located at the corner of West 40th Avenue and Tejon Street in Denver’s Sunnyside
neighborhood, Paxia is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
