Alex John, Owner and Founder of the BENT-OVER™ Silicone Nozzle company, has been a plumber for 16 years, working in all areas of plumbing both commercial and domestic. In 2007, Alex went through a very tough and challenging situation when doctors discovered that he had an impounded fracture in his vertebrae and had to go through surgery. Alex was hospitalised for 2 months and attended physical rehab for 4 months.

The rehabilitative stage was the most challenging of all. For a person who has been used to an active lifestyle like Alex, being stuck in bed was definitely not easy. The BENT-OVER™ Silicone Nozzle, designed after 16 years as a plumber and due to frustration over the lack of practical and flexible silicone nozzles available, features a very practical screw point. This is handy enough to ensure the attachment of any standard silicone tubes and the tubes can freely move and explore different directions with the use of the two ‘ball joint’ feature. The length of the tubes can also be modified by adding additional ball joints, which means plumbers can easily make the tubes longer to provide easier to those hard-to-reach places.
