OpExNow Names Israel Rodriguez as Vice President, Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and Management

LOS ANGELES, CA, August 29, 2012 – OpExNow, a national management consulting firm focused on serving the mortgage banking industry, is pleased to announce that Israel Rodriguez has joined the firm as a Vice President, Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and Management. Rodriguez will be primarily responsible for talent identification, recruiting and interviewing, as well as training or coaching needed to insure the most successful executive placement.
 
OpExNow President and Founder, Arleen Scavone states that Rodriguez has been tapped for the position because of his proven ability to identify, attract and further develop high quality professionals who can provide value added services to OpExNow’s clients.

As Managing Director of Talent Management, Rodriguez is charged with building a scalable talent organization poised to keep pace with the demand of OpExNow’s clients for deep subject matter expertise and proven project management skills. He will be responsible for the placement of mid-to-senior level bank executives on strategic, operational excellence, regulatory and compliance and risk management projects in mortgage banking.

Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of diversified senior executive experience in financial services. In previous management positions, he has successfully built new teams from scratch, including quality assurance teams and staffing and launching a new consumer loan division.
 
Rodriguez comes to OpExNow from Bank of America, where he served in several areas primarily dealing with quality and regulatory compliance.
 
He holds a B.S. from Pepperdine University and completed the Certificate Program in Post Graduate Courses in Banking from the University of Virginia.
