Gastric illness outbreak at the Riu Bachata hotel in the Dominican Republic

Reports indicate that a major outbreak of gastric illnesses have broken out at the exclusive “all inclusive” resort and ruined the holidays for a number of people and their families.

Pannone LLP acted for over 200 holidaymakers following an outbreak at the same hotel group last year and have brought many of those personal injury claims to successful conclusion.
