Miguel “Mambo” DeLeon Releases New Salsa Dance Single

In this cheerful ‘Spanglish’ tribute to his fans and followers, Miguel has produced a dance track for salsa lovers young and old. Pál Bailador Mundial is currently available for download on CDBaby and on iTunes.

As the 2012 sponsor of Miguel “Mambo” DeLeon, Classy Dance Footwear is pleased to announce the first single from his upcoming album, Passiones Del Pueblo, still in production. This fun and energetic dance song is a taste of the original Latin salsa music that will be included in his new album to be completed later this winter.  Miguel’s passion shines in this track and is a must have for all dancers and salsa aficionados everywhere.

Miguel has been has been a Latin music entertainer and Salsero for over 30 years. He is a first generation Puerto Rican-American from Lorain, Ohio. Since the mid 70’s he has worked alongside Orchestra Charambo and backed up various vocalists from the Fania All Stars. Other artists he’s worked with include such legends as the master Tito Puente, Larry Harlow, Roberto Roena, Sting, Celia Cruz, Hector Lavoe, Ruben Blades, Maelo Ruiz and many more.

When asked about this new composition, Miguel said, “Salsa music and Latin dance has exploded around the world to include novice to professional dancers and listeners. At the request of my world fans I have honorably accommodated them, and am grateful for their support, with my new single Pál Bailador Mundial. I’ve included English/Spanish (Spanglish) lyrics so the dancer feels in-touch with the music and that it speaks directly to them. With the pulsing mambo-salsa beat driving throughout, it is truly a dancer’s delight!”
