David Hill is on a mission to help people that suffer from health issues related to stress. After getting “fed up” with a number of health problems he was experiencing because of stress, Hill implemented a variety of newly-found stress management strategies and techniques into his daily routine that resulted in a significant reduction in his blood pressure, as well as a number of other positive benefits. Now he’s sharing his success story with others.

“My blood pressure hovered around 180/110, even though I was on four different blood pressure medications,” explains Hill. “Along with that, it seemed like I always had a headache, and was really moody and tired all the time, but couldn’t seem to sleep at night.”

Following an especially stressful situation one day at work, Hill immediately decided to drive to his doctor’s office. “When I got to the doctor my blood pressure was 210/120. After having them shave my leg and chest to get an EKG monitor on me, my eyes were really opened to how serious this was,” states Hill.

His new book, 13 Ways to Conquer Stress and Anxiety, provides a number of stress management techniques and strategies that people can use to reduce the effects that stress has on them.

Hill emphasizes that nothing in his book is based on theory, as every strategy was personally used by him to help manage stressful situations more effectively and reduce negative health issues that were the result of stress.

“When I first realized that I didn’t have to be under the control of the things that stressed me out, it was like a huge weight had been lifted off me,” says Hill. “Life is a lot more enjoyable when you can relax and stay in control of how you feel.”

13 Ways to Conquer Stress and Anxiety is now available on Amazon as a Kindle ebook.
